Very tasty ice cream, but I was just ignored by the seller.

For me, the second worst ice cream this year, watery with lumps of ice (water) is very reminiscent of cheap Industrial ice. But the price is hefty.

Actually, you should take hygiene seriously at this time, just wiping the table with a rag is not enough, just put the ice cream card back in the stand, no trace of disinfection, the distance between the tables is also a joke, where here is the control. Ice cream wasn't the burner either. Am disappointed.

So my experience from 07/19/2020 around 4:30 p.m. There is an area for customers to sit down, and a table in front of the "Take a way" counter. The distance to other customers is approx. 30 cm ... In the shop 1 employee works with a mask under the chin and a service person who has to deal directly with customers, whose mask is also under the chin ... So Corona can come 👍👍👍👍 Now for the ice cream -> the ice cream was really delicious and very fresh in taste 😊👍 Staff were friendly. But the rest 🤔 you have to consider whether you want to contain Corona or whether you want to spread it!

It was probably due to the fact that at the end of the 2019 season we took ice cream in a mug. My wife and I thought that every variety we had in the mug had a weird aftertaste. Maybe the milk was already sunstroke. It was impossible to empty the sundae. So the rest ended up in the trash can. I come to Kitzingen every now and then and hope to be better next year.

Nice ice cream parlor with good, solid ice cream flavors. Special requests are fulfilled.

I got two balls to take away. Unfortunately, a black hair was in the ice !!!! Disgusting and scary !!! When I showed it to a coworker, no apology came !!! She was not surprised or scared, strange .. I did not even get the money back, only the same varieties were offered to me, where hair was in it! Never again! Rude and disgusting!

One of the best places to get yourself the best ice-cream and or sorbets in South Germany. This is a must especially in the hot summers like we have right now

Ice cream here is good. It's the only place to get it downtown though, so whenever you want some, the line is very long. Reasonable prices and quick service. They also had a good variety of flavors. My favorite flavor is the amarena
